Jennifer Lopez to be a mom very soon of a boy and a girl
Jennifer Lopez and her husband Marc Antony are so close to become parents.
The actress and latino singer are really exacting that soon they will hold in the arms the little babies. There was a rumor that Lopez is in labor but Anthony denied that saying: "It's not true. We have been getting the same phone calls since last week. Everybody figures it is happening around now so they have started throwing out the story hoping they will be right and be the one to break the news but it isn't yet." Also, the rumors said that the Drama soon-to-be-mama is North Shore University Medical Center, but later that was denied. But, meanwhile, two hospital sources said she was there and that security had been tightened. Lopez, 38, is apparently having twins - a boy and a girl. And the mother-to-be has set up one of three nurseries at the Brookville home. A spokesperson for Lopez could not be immediately reached for comment. Jennifer Lopez splits with manager
Jennifer Lopez has ended her year-long relationship with manager Irving Azoff, amid confusion about who sacked who.
Lopez insists she cancelled her contract with the music industry mogul, who is largely responsible for the successes of supergroups the Eagles and Van Halen and singer Seal. Her representative has revealed "she let him go on Friday with no drama". But sources claim Azoff fired the actress/singer for being "unprofessional" and for letting her husband Marc Anthony "constantly meddle" with her career, according to website Tmz.com. Sources claim Azoff sent Lopez a letter last week (ends11Jan08), revealing in "blunt terms" why he ended the relationship. There's really nothing new to post about Jennifer so I thought I'd use this time to work with my co-web on a new version of Jennifer Lopez Web. The site itself is almost ready, but we will also change the gallery and I'm afraid for a little while things will look a bit weird there because we will have to resize all of the thumbnails... and we do have three tons of pictures so yeah. Jennifer Lopez "freaked out" by pregnancy weight
Pregnant Jennifer Lopez is "freaked out" about the weight she has gained. The 38-year-old singer, who is thought to be about five-months pregnant with her first child with husband Marc Anthony, is delighted she is expecting but is said to be horrified by how quickly her stomach has expanded.
A source is quoted by an Indian newspaper as saying: "She is huge and freaking out. She has already put on more than 42lbs and isn't that far gone. Her face has become really puffy from retaining a lot of water." The 'Do It Well' star has now reportedly vowed to put her career on hold and keep a low profile until she gives birth in the spring. The source added: "She plans to do a Victoria Beckham now and hibernate for the last few months. You won't be seeing much of her in public from now on." Last week, J.Lo fuelled speculation she is expecting twins by buying matching pink and blue romper suits embroidered "princess" and "prince". J.Lo and Marc have also registered their baby shower gift list at exclusive Los Angeles baby boutique Petit Tresor, and added to the twin rumours by requesting most items in pairs. MOMMY-to-be Jennifer Lopez was all smiles at Harvey Weinstein and Georgina Chapman's wedding - except when she got two blasts from the past in the form of ex-boyfriends. Among the celebs sending warm wishes via video to Weinstein and Chapman were two of Lopez's previous beaus, Ben Affleck and Sean "Diddy" Combs. "Jennifer was laughing at all the funny tributes," said one guest. "But when Diddy and Ben gave their speeches, she went silent. She looked sort of uncomfortable and people were staring at her." Jennifer Lopez pur-suing her options
Jennifer Lopez is revving up her lawyers to take on former fashion partner Andy Hilfiger, we hear from a source. The two parted ways last year after a disappointing collaboration on her label, Sweetface. Despite huge hype and a presence at New York Fashion Week, the line never lived up to expectations.
"It is expected that she will file suit and that he will countersue," says a source close to one of the parties. "They're likely to sue each other." The split took place after years of seemingly cordial relations that even saw Hilfiger attending the Sweetface shows with his designer brother, Tommy. Last year, Radar magazine reported that one reason for the rift was the hands-on approach of J.Lo's husband, Marc Anthony. His involvement in Lopez's business dealings reportedly cramped Hilfiger, who was the Sweetface CEO. Jennifer Lopez has fuelled rumours she is expecting twins by purchasing matching pink and blue romper suits embroidered with the words "prince" and "princess".
The pregnant 38-year-old actress-and-singer, who is reportedly due to give birth in February, and husband Marc Anthony bought the his and hers items this week. The couple have also registered their baby shower gift list at Los Angeles' exclusive baby boutique Petit Tresor, further adding to the twin rumours. Among the catalogue of lavish gifts are clothes and accessories all in pairs. There are two $225 Moses baskets, two $65 Smushy teddy bears - one pink ribboned and one with a blue ribbon - and two $349 cashmere outfits, one in pink, one in blue. The list also includes a $560 jogging stroller for two, a $3,495 enamelled black baby carriage and a $289 suede play mat. Jennifer has also asked for two $429 double Peg Perego strollers - one in toffee, and one in mint - and ten $22 baby bottles. The diva - who is believed to have conceived after undergoing IVF treatment - has also booked Petit Tresor to design three nurseries at the couple's estates in Bel Air, Fisher Island and Oyster Bay. A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "She is spending $40,000 on each nursery. They will all have gilded cribs and she wants them filled with the most chic furniture from Europe and embroidered linens from France, all in pink and blue."
