Is Jennifer Lopez's fashion disaster a mama dress rehearsal?
Pregnant or just a bad dresser? That's what the crowd at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City was wondering while watching Jennifer Lopez perform with husband Marc Anthony on Friday night, the first date of their co-headlining tour.

Billowy dresses, tent-like tops, and a suspiciously round tummy led audience members to speculate whether Lopez had something to hide.
"I don't know why she would wear outfits like that if she weren't pregnant!" one fan said, wrinkling her nose at the Roberto Cavalli-designed costumes. "I'd guess that she's about four or five months along," said another fan. "But man can she dance!"
With child or not, Lopez held nothing back as she kicked off her first-ever full tour. That's right - despite seven full-length albums, this five-week excursion is a first for J.Lo, leading many to suspect the former Fly Girl couldn't sing live.

But the 38-year-old actress-songstress belted out every note to hits like "Let's Get Loud," "Jenny From the Block" and "If You Had My Love." She also gave the crowd a taste of two new songs, "Do It Well" and "Hold It, Don't Drop It," off her upcoming album, "Brave," due in October.
While both ditties are catchy, they don't do much to camouflage Lopez's limited abilities, especially when compared to the crystal-clear vocals of her husband, Grammy-winning salsa crooner Marc Anthony.

Performing a separate set of his own before his wife, Anthony took the stage to a flurry of squeals and smoke-machine effects. With the exception of his 2000 hit, "You Sang to Me," which he said he wrote for his wife, he sang only his Spanish-language songs.

The pair closed the show with two charismatic duets. They gazed at each other like love-struck teenagers, even finishing one song with a long kiss, after which Anthony mouthed to his wife, "I love you so much." It's too bad the A-list couple doesn't make movies as well as they make music. If "El Cantante" had the focus, energy and soul of this concert, maybe the film wouldn't have been a flop.

Jennifer Lopez goes back to the block
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have made an emotional visit to a Bronx elementary school just blocks from where the actress-singer grew up. "That was so ... Oh my God, what did you do to me? Look at my makeup!" said a teary Lopez after hundreds of schoolchildren greeted the couple with cheers, broad smiles, flowers and artwork Tuesday.

Lopez and Anthony, who were married in 2004, said they were "overwhelmed" by the welcome at P.S. 36 Unionport School in the New York City borough of the Bronx. They are about to launch a musical tour to support a children's health campaign. It will be her first tour.

"We look at you and see ourselves," said the 39-year-old Lopez. "This is overwhelming. I remember being in school, being on stage and dreaming of great things."
"There's nothing in the world, no Grammy, no Oscar, that can make me feel more warm than today," said Anthony, 38, who recently released the soundtrack to "El Cantante," a biopic of salsa legend Hector Lavoe.

Part of the proceeds from the 19-concert tour, which kicks off Friday in Atlantic City, N.J., will go to schools with programs promoting physical education and a healthy lifestyle.

No more nude scenes for Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lopez has insisted that she has no plans to film nude scenes for any of her future movies.

The actress has admitted that the prospect of stripping off for the cameras makes her feel uncomfortable, though she has been bold enough to do so in the past.

"In the beginning I did some and I was really lucky because they would cut my scenes out - so there is only one out there or something like that," Jennifer explained in an interview with Parkinson.

"I'm not comfortable with it, I'll be honest with you - not at this point in my career. I love the idea of being a bold actress and I am quite fearless when I work but there is just something about it that just feels not quite right to me - a bit exploiting."

Asked to comment on sex scenes, she replied: "You can't get rid of those. It's part of relationships but it's how you shoot that - they are always a little bit uncomfortable because you have to be intimate with somebody you're not intimate with."

Parkinson airs at 11.20pm tonight on ITV1.

Jennifer Lopez Denies Baby Rumors
Jennifer Lopez has teamed up with husband Marc Anthony for a movie and tour, but a baby isn’t part of their current collaboration. The couple issued a statement September 19 denying rampant rumors that she is pregnant.

The rumors spread after In Touch magazine published a story saying that Lopez was expecting her first child with Anthony.

In other Lopez news, she recently recorded a song with hip-hop star Baby Bash called “This Boy’s Fire,” which will be featured on “Ultimate Santana,” a greatest-hits collection from Carlos Santana that will arrive in stores October 16.

Lopez’s new English-language album, “Brave,” will be released October 9.

Jennifer Lopez's extraordinary list of hotel demands
If proof were needed that multi-millionaire singer and actress Jennifer Lopez is no longer resident on the block - unless you're talking Park Avenue - her list of diva demands would be all that's needed to convince.

The designer clad diva partied with billionaire retailer Sir Phillip Green at West End club Annabel's last night following her arrival in London for a whistle-stop promotional tour for the launch of her new Spanish-language album and forthcoming single. And as is standard for most celebrities, Lopez made sure to send her hotel, The five-star Dorchester, a detailed two page list of everything needed to ensure she enjoys her reported two-day stay.

According to a source, it included requests for the usual bottled water, soft drinks, lilies or red or white roses. Plus Grapefruit and Lime Blossom candles from the celebrity's favourite beauty guru, Jo Malone. No doubt heads will roll if she gets peanut instead of the requested plain M&M's. And she clearly has a sweet-tooth as she's included a request for baked cookies.

If recent speculation which centres on a possible pregnancy are to be believed, the absence of alcohol, apart from a request for low-calorie beer, could be seen as significant. But she took time out at the launch party at Kensington's Amika nightclub last night to quash reports that she is expecting her first child, shaking her head, she said: "No, that's not right."

However, J-Lo's actions did little to back her claim later that night. While her husband Marc Anthony swigged on bottles of beer, she stuck to the water, while dancing to her own tunes in the main room of the club after shunning the white VIP area which was decked out with lilies and plush Jo Malone candles especially for her. Despite staying in one of London's top hotels, home to several restaurants and dining rooms including Kate Moss's favourite restaurant China Tang, Lopez's list includes a request for a distinctly unglamorous microwave, coffee maker, toaster and an oven.

Clearly third-time married Lopez is quite the little home-maker. But with her sixth studio album 'Brave' due for release in October, she's obviously not ready to hang up her dancing shoes just yet. Which is fortuitous as critics have hailed new single 'Do It Well', released in the UK October 1, as a return to form for the latino superstar. One American reviewer, the Billboard Review, has described the new single as "a satisfying, flamethrowing pop-urban pearl befitting top 40 hits from Rihanna and Kat DeLuna."

And new pictures released from the video, directed by acclaimed photographer David LaChapelle, see the star in a series of stunning outfits including a tight black ra-ra number and canary yellow mini-dress. Speaking about the album, Jennifer Lopez told MTV: "I'm really excited about it. The first single will be out this summer. And, you know, it's very different from my Spanish album.
"My Spanish album was kind of an opportunity to get away from what I do on my English albums, to kind of express a different side of myself.

But judging by the long list of demands, it's business as usual for the forthright diva.

NOT CONFIRMED : Jennifer Lopez pregnant with first kid
Jennifer Lopez is pregnant with her first child, according to a report in U.S. magazine In Touch quoted by media Wednesday. The 38-year-old singer-actress had an ultrasound on Sept. 12 and is to give birth in the spring.

"The test calculated that she was about 12 weeks pregnant," an insider said.

The couple has been trying to get pregnant for the past two years, and eventually turned to in vitro fertilization. Some close friends said the baby news could be a double blessing--doctors think she could be expecting twins.

The couple still annouces no information about the baby news or whether it will interfere with the their upcoming tour dates, which will begin on Nov. 3.

This will be the couple's first child together. Marc Anthony, 39, already has three children from previous relationships. Jennifer Lopez married New York-born singer Anthony in June 2004, the third marriges in her life.
